At Brumz Reseller, due to the exclusive and limited nature of our items, our general policy is that all sales are final. We do not currently offer refunds or accept returns for instances where you have simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size.

We operate in accordance with UK government laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you believe there is a genuine issue with your order—such as receiving a faulty item or an item that is significantly not as described—we will conduct a thorough investigation.

Should you need to raise an issue, you must contact us at andrewbarnes@brumzreseller.com providing a proper reason and evidence (such as clear photographs) for the refund request. If our investigation concludes that your reason is valid and aligns with statutory requirements, a refund or exchange may be offered.

Some specific products may be subject to different return conditions. We clearly mention in the product details on our website whether a refund or return is available for that particular item. Please review the product description carefully before completing your purchase.

If, after our investigation, a refund is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that it can take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

You can request cancellation of a paid order from your account. Our team will review each request.

If the cancellation is approved, a 10% cancellation charge applies and 90% of the remaining payment is refunded to your original payment method. If the request is declined, the order continues and no refund is issued.

If we cancel an order ourselves, the full remaining payment is refunded.
